Hi my name is Dr. Ehsan Khademi, a Doctor of Chiropractic and the inventor of the IsoStrength family of products.  We would like to welcome you to our blog – where we hope to provide you with many tips that help improve your overall health and lifestyle.  Our blog will always start with a short message reminding you to drink lots of water, breathe deeply and stretch.  These three things are vitally important aspects to reduce your chances of injury and increase your health.

On a normal day, it is essential that you drink ample amounts of water.  If you are under stress or participate in various exercises, you need to drink even more water than on a normal day.  Some nutritional sources indicate that at the minimum you should drink half of your body weight (in pounds) in ounces per day.    For example if you weigh 150 pounds, you should drink a minimum of 75 ounces of water daily.  Other sources say that you should drink minimum of 8-8ounce glasses of water per day.

Additionally, because of everyday stress and the hectic lifestyles many of us live, we often fail to take deep enough breaths and starve our bodies of oxygen.  Simple deep breaths, a few times a day helps to alkalize the body and assists in pleasing the body providing it with sufficient oxygen to function better.
